Our homemade sausage is made according to old traditional recipes. Here and there, there is also something “new”. Mr. Heinz Lenz is there to hand over the tradition to his son-in-law Mark Meyer. Together they are busy together and make the very popular slaughter sausage. Of course, helping hands from senior manager Waltraud Lenz can not be missing to fill red, liver, Bregen-,Knappwurst and brawn in the intestine. Meanwhile, there is a semi-automatic spraying machine for filling the sausage meat in the sausage casing and the sausage tapes are partially replaced by metal clips – it is modern! BUT the content remains the same.
